Returns and refunds
If there’s a problem with your order, please give us a shout!
We do refund / replace items, but we ask for the item(s) to be returned to us in the same condition and same packaging method as we’ve sent it to you. Once we have received the item(s) back here at our HQ, we will arrange the refund/replacement for you!
We do offer our products to wholesale customers. We are currently updating our catalogue to include lots of new items heading into the shop soon.
If you’d like to see our price list and terms for wholesale orders for our current collections, please give us a shout, and include your email address!
We do sometimes offer a local pickup service from our HQ in Norwich City Centre.
Lots of our products are priced to include the cost of delivery, so please give us a shout if you’d like to find out our next scheduled local pickup date and to get a quote for your order. We can then create a custom listing for you with all the details on.
We can’t always offer this service during our busiest times of the year, but we try our best!
Gift wrapping and packing
We are working on some new fun designs BTS for our own gift wrap so we can offer this as an extra service.
We’d love to hear if you are interested in your gifts being wrapped and sent directly to the giftee, and hopefully we can offer this service soon!
Can you send my order to someone as a gift?
We can definitely send your items directly to your friends / family as a gift.
You can add a gift message at checkout. If you leave your message, we then hand write it on a fun post it note and stick it in with the order.
If you’d like us to include a greetings card alongside your gift, make sure you buy one of our cards on the same order, and in the message section, please add ‘write in card’ before your message and we’ll hand write and seal your card to go in with your order.
Can you send my greetings card direct to my friend/family?
We love hand writing your fun messages into your cards and posting them straight out to your loved ones for you!
Just add ‘write in card’ followed by the exact message you’d like written in your card in the add message section at the checkout

UK Shipping info
All orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class post as standard.
You can upgrade to first class for a small extra fee at checkout.
We are currently posting twice a week - on a Tuesday and Thursday to try and limit our time at the post office due to covid. Cut off for orders is 10am, any orders after 10am on these days will go out in the next post run.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee posting times. The dispatch times are rough guidelines, so please make sure you place your order within plenty of time if you have a deadline.
International Shipping info
All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard posting service. Please note, this is NOT a tracked service!
There is the option to upgrade to a tracked service at checkout for an extra fee.
Unfortunately in 2020, international shipping prices dramatically increased, particularly for small parcels.
If you’d like a tailored shipping quote, please contact us before you place your order, and we can double check that we are charging you the correct amount.
Please be aware that the shipping times given at checkout are a guideline, and some orders can take significantly longer, particularly with customs hold ups. Some orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, so please make sure to order in plenty of time! :)
