We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include a note in your packaging with your name, address, order number and reason for returning.

Here you can set up your return if you would like a refund on your order. The returns portal will generate an Evri shipping label for you. There is a £2.99 fee for return shipping, this will be deducted from the refund of your order.
Once we have received back your order and checked it is in new condition, we will approve your refund.
If you would like to return an item to us for an exchange, please see the exchanges section below. We can generate an Evri shipping label for you for a small fee, or alternatively you can post it back to us using your own shipping provider. We advise you get proof of postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know what you would like to exchange.
We will ask you to return the original item to us in new condition in the original packaging and we ask the buyer to pay for the items return to us (please make sure you get a receipt as proof of postage).
Alternatively, we can generate an Evri shipping label for you for a small fee.
Once we receive the item back in new condition, we will send you a replacement. If the exchange is for a print to order item, this will be printed in the next possible print run, so there may be a delay of up to 7 days before this is dispatched.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
